Havre to host Bantam Hockey State Tournament
|
The Havre Ice Dome will be home to the Montana State Bantam Hockey Tournament this weekend. The action begins with a Friday double header starting with Havre taking on Missoula at 4:00, then Flathead and Glasgow at 6:15. Then on Saturday, there's a full day of hockey at the ice dome. At 9:00 that morning, Havre faces off against Glasgow. At 11:15, Flathead takes on Missoula. In the evening session, Missoula and Glasgow go head to head at 5:15, and then Havre and Flathead close out the evening at 7:30. The tournament wraps up on Sunday with the consolation game at 9:30 in the morning, followed by the Championship game at 11:45.

Three Lights make first team Frontier Conference
|
HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) The Frontier Conference announced its 2009-2010 men's all-conference team. MSU-Northern had three representatives on the team including seniors Justin Dennis and Andrew Sellars. Lights junior Eric Tisby also made the first team. Sellars was selected as the league's Defensive Player of the Year.

Three Ponies Make All-Conference Team

HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) The Central A All-Conference team has been announced. Making the first team was C.J. Evans, the 6'2" senior guard for Havre. Other Havre represtentatives were Thane Gray and Anfernee Standing Rock. Gray a 6'4" senior made the second team while Standing Rock a 6'4" junior was an honorable mention.
